Studenten van University of Colour confronteren KLM-er met medeplichtigheid deportaties (video)

Students from the University of Colour intervened in a talk given by a KLM representative, confronting him and the audience with the mass deportations of refugees that KLM has been carrying out. The students did a “mic-check” and read out stories of individual refugees being deported from the Netherlands back to countries that are deemed unsafe for Dutch citizens. These refugees are then simply left to die there. KLM states that they are only carrying out the task of transportation. They refuse to be held accountable for their inhumane actions and accept money from the Dutch state to carry out deportations. We demand KLM to immediately stop being complicit in deportations. We do not accept companies like these to be represented in any university. The intervention will be followed up by a lecture to help shine more light on the inhumane practice of deportations.
