11 en 12 april, Amsterdam: Festival of Science and Humanities in het bezette Maagdenhuis
Aanstaand weekend organiseert De Nieuwe Universiteit het Festival of Science and Humanities. Twee dagen lang een gevarieerd programma met workshops, lezingen, debatten, muziek, kunst en performance. De inspirerende bezetters van het Maagdenhuis, die streven naar democratisering van het onderwijssysteem, hebben inmiddels aangekondigd dat ze voor aanstaande maandag 12:00 uur het Maagdenhuis vrijwillig zullen verlaten. Maar de strijd gaat door, zo hebben ze laten weten.
